We process only the data you send us through the contact form: your name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, the type of event, the date and venue of the event, the approximate number of guests, the text of your message and, where applicable, the list of items you picked from the price list.

The site uses no analytics or advertising tools and stores no tracking cookies of its own in your browser.

A Google map is embedded at the end of the page. It loads only once you scroll to it; at that moment your browser connects to Google Maps, which may process your IP address and store its own cookies under Google’s policies.

We process the data for a single purpose — so that we can reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and, if an order follows, the performance of a contract.

We keep the inquiry for as long as we need to deal with it and follow up, but no longer than one year from the last communication. If the inquiry turns into an order, we follow the periods set by accounting and tax legislation.

We do not sell the data and do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes. We share it only with providers who technically run the website and deliver the e-mail for us, and only to the extent needed for that purpose.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before it was withdrawn.

If you believe we process your data contrary to the rules, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
