When nobody knows how many people will come
A village event differs from a private one in that nobody knows how many people will turn up. That is why it pays to have a supplier who can add or cut back during the day — food, chairs and people behind the bar.
For municipalities and associations we also arrange the entertainment and cultural programme: music, sound and attractions for children. All in one order and one invoice.

Questions and answers
What you often ask us
Can you cover an event outdoors, on a square or in a yard?
Yes, we only need a power supply and a level surface to set up on. During the site visit we go through what is already there and what we bring.
How does ordering as a municipality work?
Send us an inquiry with the date and the expected number of people and we will prepare a quote. We are VAT registered and invoice the municipality or the association.
Do you arrange music and a programme as well?
We work with musicians and with people who run programmes. Tell us what you have in mind and we will put it together along with the refreshments.
What if more people come than we expected?
That happens almost every time. So we plan a reserve and can top things up during the day — we agree in advance how much reserve makes sense.
